This year's 23rd Autumn Conference of the Arbeitsgemeinschaft Gewerblich-Technische Wissenschaften und ihre Didaktiken (GTW) is all about the challenges posed by a variety of transformations. These have a considerable influence on industrial-technical skilled work and vocational training.<\/p>

Our focus is already clear from the choice of venue: the Buschh\u00fctten campus is a privately initiated learning location where trainees, skilled workers, students and scientists<\/em>of the University of Siegen and RWTH Aachen University learn and research collaboratively. This concept, known as \u201cmixed learning\u201d, with situationally cooperating teams, arose from an entrepreneurial insight of a \u201chidden champion\u201d in the region: The parallel transformation processes of the present are simultaneously demanding new ideas of professional working and learning.<\/p>https:\/\/www.tvd-edu.com\/gtw-2024.html<\/cite><\/blockquote>\n\n\n\n
